1. Apply Z-Block broad-spectrum sunscreen gel liberally and evenly on the face and all exposed areas of the body just before sun exposure.
2. Massage Z-Block into the skin very gently, until it vanishes. (Don't rub vigorously).
3. Reapply the sunscreen after 2-3 hours and also after prolonged swimming or excessive sweating.
4. Avoid Z-Block from entering the eyes or mouth.
5. Discontinue the use, if at all skin irritation occurs.
