Clindac A mist spray is used in the treatment of acne and pimples. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which is used to treat inflammatory acne. It works by reducing the number of bacteria that cause acne. It also has anti-inflammatory effects, so it makes pimples less red and swollen. Bacteria propionibacteria acne is a chief cause of acne. Reducing the amount of these pimple-inducing bacteria prevents breakouts from developing. It also helps to prevent antibiotic-resistant bacteria from developing.
